Noticed what looks like sponges and I also noticed that they grow out like a root...
Not sure if they are good or bad...

I would say they are tunicates, looks like there's a front and a back opening. IMO. And they arent bad.

Tunicates. My lfs had some today that I almost bought but 50 seemed to high. Theirs were blue with gold rim on top. Your lucky. I think they look cool.

My wife and I like them too. Thanks for the information. They are almost like a vine weaving their way through sand.
