Need led/electrical guru to help control a black box with apex

I just picked up a new blackbox with the hopes of controlling it via my 0-10v apex outputs. I rolled the dice hoping that the drivers would be contolled via 0-10v as some are on youtube, these are PWM. Amazon has a 0-10V to PWM converter.




Dont know anything about PWM, does the 3.3v of the driver attach to the VIN of the coverter, ground to ground, PWM to PWM? How I undetstand this the drivet is sending out a 3
3v, the pwm is pulsing it at different speeds to dim the led's, this pulsing is then sent back to the driver via the pwm wire?

This appears to be a better route to take. Just connect led driver gnd to gnd, pwm to channel 1-6, do i attach the led 3.3v to anything?

Someone must have some insight on how to wire up these led's. Emailed 2 companies, steves led and bluacro-both make apex-pwm converters. Haven't received a message back yet from either one.
