Need led stunner advice

Today I upgraded from four 54w t5 ATI bulbs to two 250w hqi lights and a canopy. I am wanting to add some stunners though to add some blue to the water. I was curious if there was any stunner strips out there that are dimmable and programmable so I can have them fade on and off? Thanks in advance for the advice.

hmmm I know I have seen some but for the life of me I can not remember who makes them -__-

From reviews the stunners can fall sub par when looking at adding extra light shimmer and what not. Hear the reefbrites work well tho.
