so as the title states I am in need of a adjustable very quiet submersible DC return pump. Not sure if they have them that are more adjustable than just the 4-6 preset settings? The one I was using was an Aqua Excel DC 3000 LV.

That pump lasted one year on the middle of 5 settings. Max rate I believe is 792.

I am willing to purchase a pump with higher max flow but it needs to be adjustable to a lower rate.

Thanks.

I agree with abinder, I have a Vectra and it is extremely adjustable. I haven't been thrilled with their reef link product, and I wish it would be controllable through my apex. All that said it is extremely quiet and adjustable.

They don't get as much love, but I've found the Waveline DC pumps to be great. The newer models are also Apex ready. My DC12000 has 10 or 11 speeds.

Thank you, that's what I am looking for. I don't mind the ones with 3-6 settings but I want to be able to dial it in without having to adjust my overflow box.

Thanks again to you both. If anyone else still has options I am like Ross Perot, All Ears.
