I accidentally put 1 capful of Dr Tims first defense fresh water into my 125 gallon saltwater aquarium....will this cause any issues I should look for?

Sorta depends on what's in it? A quick google tells me what you've already been told. I'd probably avoid drinking it myself, however!

Yes and I only put 1 cap in when I realized it was for freshwater
