Need return pump recommendations :)

Hello!
Sooo.. My return pump has decided it may not work anymore any minute now. I've done everything I could to clean it etc. It is pretty old though. Came with a used tank setup.
What are some good return pump options? Nothing that'll break the bank too bad though. I have a 75g tank with a bashsea bio fuge sump. The return pump chamber is not very big

I recently switched from a Reeflo pump to a Flubal SP6 pump and like it thus far. No issues. It's an A/C pump that uses about the same amount of power as a D/C pump. They also have smaller sizes as well and they aren't expensive and can be sourced pretty easily.

I was also looking at the current usa return pumps. And similar ones in design. They're all too big to fit in my sump, so I was wondering how do you set up a pump for inline? (Or out of water) Is there a way to do it without having to drill into the sump?

Haven't plumbed a pump that external without drilling the sump. Someone that has done so may have more insight. Any pictures of the sump, maybe return section dimensions would help.

You can do it, but, it's inefficient and a bit of a pain to start it and it may not restart in a power failure.

Jebao pumps are small, controllable and very very quiet. I am running one on my 93 cube and can't here it at all. Moves a ton of water as well. I have it backed way down.

Plus, they are really inexpensive.

I am using the dct4000 right now.

I am getting a 12000 used for a mixing station just because it's a really good price.

My buddy uses a 6000 on his 90 corner it's 3 years old and still kicking.

I would say the 4000 should be plenty for your 75

+1 on jebao. I have the 18000 model in a basement sump pumping to a 400 gallon. The jebao 4000 - 6000 would be perfect for the 75 gallon.

How is this pump holding up? Was thinking about the DCP 18000

I need to run basement up maybe 14 ft. Split 4 waysto 3 display tanks [ 20 (1 feed - 2' head and 45 (Y split double return feeds 14') 3 returns and a 120 (Y split double return feeds 14' plus 15' run).
