While emptying my shed last weekend, I realized I still have (8) 50 lb bags of aragonite sand that I never used on my last tank build. For reference, this is aragonite sand that used to be available at Home Depot for about $5-10 a bag around 2006-ish when everyone was freaking out about silica. Now that's blown over, everything you'll see for playsand is silica, not aragonite like you'd want in a reef aquarium. This stuff is nice and white and sugar-sized too.

Hi, so sorry, would have expected it would send me an email if someone posted to this thread, just seeing this now. Yes, I still have this sand. I'm just hoping to pick up a few bucks and have it go to someone who will use it for something more interesting than filling a sandbox. $30 sound fair? Send me a PM for contact info.
