Good Day everyone. I have a Nuvo Marine Innovation Fusion 10. Not completely new to hobby, I’ve dabble in and out of hobby when younger but never as vigerous as I am today with this tank. I test this tank every other day being that this is a small tank and I know parameters can fluctuate. My parameters have been consistent. I did experience an algae bloom that lasted just a few days (5). Everyone in my tank have been doing well. I have 2 designer clowns, GSP, Torch Coral and Electric Flame scallop. I had a royal gamma that passed away yesterday. But I think he died of stress due to clown harassing it. I didn’t have a place to quarantine, so I’ll put the blame on myself, learning experience. I have a RBTA in my tank that picked a darker spot in my tank, she has not moved since she anchored, roughly 2 weeks. She perks up before light comes on, then closes and opens throughout the day. My salinity is 1.025, PH 8.1, Ammonia 0, Nitrate at 5-7 ppm, Magnesium at 1350, Alkalinity 10 dKH and Calcium at 420-450. I am very on top of this tank so my parameters have been stable. I have live copepods thriving in my tank also. My question is what I’m I doing wrong? I’m stressing that my BTA isn’t as opened as I would like her to be and she spend a lot of time closed up. Any info helps. Thank You all!!
