Need stocking advice

I have a Waterbox 130.4 and currently have 2 clownfish, 2 Bangaii Cardinals, Midas Blenny, and a Foxface. I would like to add a 2 spot Bristletooth Tang and maybe a Kole Tang. Any other smaller less aggressive Tangs you would suggest? Should I add them all at the same time?
In addition, I would like to add (at some point), a Flasher Wrasse, Diamond Goby and maybe a Flame Hawkfish.
I would appreciate any advice on who should be added next and in what order.

Flame Hawk should be good to drop in now-- maybe choose the Bristletooth "or" the Kole, and not both. A little too similar, perhaps, aggression-wise.

The more I started looking at the two, the more I realized how similar they looked. Yes, probably not a good idea to get both. What about a Scopas tang added with one of them? Or is there another tang you would recommend?

gem, purple, yellow, sailfin, powder blue tangs, maybe multi bar angelfish
