Need your help with this Hair Algae

Hello everyone, this is my second post,

I just came back from my LFS with a new phosphate ulr reagent pack since mine had expired. I also use Hanna testers. I did my 2-gallon weekly water change yesterday and just finished testing today.

Here are my water parameters:
Nitrate: 7.41 ppm
Phosphate: 0.02 ppm
Alkalinity: 8.6 dKH
Salinity: 34.7 ppt at 78.3 F


Yesterday, I mentioned in my welcome post how I have transferred my unhappy corals from my 32.5 Fluval Flex to my IM 10 g Nuvo. This tank has been set up for 4 weeks now, and each day, corals are showing significant signs of recovery, especially the zoas. But what has been happening over the last 3 weeks is hair algae growth on the frag rack and plugs that is reddish-brown (I will attach images below). I believed this transferred over from the last tank. It is easy to remove with a toothbrush and somewhat difficult to blow off with a turkey baster. For my CUC, I have a couple of astreas and the 2 blue-legged hermits that eat the hair algae. I go in and scrub with the toothbrush and blow off with the baster around twice a week, and clean the filter sock also. I need your guys opinion, help identifying, and advice to solve this issue.

Just keep up with what you are doing but try not to skrub it and leave it inside, you need to physicly remove it from the tank after the scrub, you can use a siphon and a small net filter sock on one end on the siphon and put back the tank water after you get it all so basicly you are the filter for a bit
