I purchased a zoa/mushroom pack from @ChiCity a while back and my package was delayed for almost 3 days due to the label not properly being attached. I was promised replacements as I was basically out $600 due to the mishap. He repeatedly told me he would send them once he could frag them, so I was patient until he stopped responding and I seen him posting the same zoas I was owed. FedEx ruled that it was the shippers fault and there was no weather delay. They also stated that he requested them to open my package which resulted in it not being repackaged properly even after I stated I didnt want that to happen. I also stated I would accept just the main ones I was wanting and did not require him to send replacement for every doa. Still no response from him months later so I decided to post here so at least the community would be aware.
