Nem help

Excuse my pictures but I came home from work last week to see my rainbow nem covering my sunburst. Pretty much since then the sunburst has barely inflated and overall looks terrible. I thought it was done for but besides the occasional time I see it's mouth open it doesn't expel waste and is firmly attached to the rock to the point where I can't even detach it with my fingers. Is it a goner and if so how can I best detach it? Before and after below

If the mouth is closing and its firmly attached you have a shot at rehabilitating. Just keep everything stable and leave it alone.
