Nem lookin funky

So i have seen a shriveled nem, and a healthy nem, and some nems that are in weird looking stages... but never this one.. hes big compared to normal, and very sprawld out, typically he is smaller and not so... fanned? I

I dont have parameters.... its an office tank and all my testing kits are at home. I do 40% water changes every 3 weeks, so I doubt its a water issue.. but if yall think its weird then Ill test it

Doesn't look good how old is your tank try to test params if you can
