Purchased a neon dottyback today and has been like this since I placed him in my tank. perimeters are all were they need to be . Is this normal from the stress from the move from his original tank

Tank mates are
2 clown
1 6 line wrasse
Yellow watchmen goby with pistol shrimp
1 sexy shrimp
Handful of corals
1 green bubble tip anemone

24 gallon aquatop nano tank

Dottybacks tend to hide for a bit, find a cave an mark their territory when I put my Dottyback in almost 3 months ago it stayed in a hole in the rock for almost a week now its out every day.
