Neptune AFS stuck rotating.

Hi I just bought a new Neptune AFS and the drum gets stuck when rotating. It’s almost as if the feeder isn’t getting enough power.
Has anyone experienced this same issue and have a fix?
I’ve already contacted Neptune but I’d rather not wait for them to fix it.

Had it happen to me 1 time when I first got mine. I got mad and yanked the drum off. It went back in after that. No issues to date.

Make sure you don’t dump all the food in the tank if the cover falls off, did that once too.

Problem solved. Plugged in a 12v power supply to my base unit and it’s working.
