Can some one help me understand the difference between apex lite and classic. Theres one for sale local for 200 is it worth it or should i look for a classic. TIA

Lite does not have variable ports and you may want to check with Neptune but I remember reading that they no longer will do support on the Lite units.

If you have a small tank and don't think you'l upgrade the lite is worth it. If you want a bigger tank it' not.

I just called neptune and they do support the firmware and the person i talked to said the only difference is a variable speed port and 2nd ph probe. I do have a decent size tank its a 112 gallon tank and i do run a calcium reactor
