Neptune Apex: Unable to attach Vortech MP40s to WXM

Know this is an old post. If you put theses in slave mode or wipe the memory, how do you restore it when you no longer use the WXM? I just bought a pair and was reading on the Neptune start up that you need to "clear the memory"/ put it in slave mode as mentioned above
