In all of my 10 years of reefkeeping I have to say you guys are the best I've ever seen at shipping. When the box came in I honestly thought you got my order mixed up and sent me more than I purchased. 2 heat pads, large amount of water(more than triple what I usually receive) and 2x the normal 3 bags. The chalice frag arrived in excellent condition. Very healthy and colorful. Won't have to wait for it to recover from shipping stress. Thanks again Robert + Clarissa for the great service.
