Neptune ATK HI sensor

GE,

The hi sensor on my ATK keeps getting tripped and sending an alarm via text and fusion app.

So how do I program the FMM to send an Alarm only after the HI sensor has been cover or closed for 60 seconds or even less time. Sure there is a simple fix for this--
