Brand new out of the box. Pump will not turn off until the water hits the upper #2 sensor. After about an hour I get the alarm flashing light. It looks like the #1 sensor is doa, but why am I getting the alarm. I reset it 5 times last night.

The alarm is going off because the water level is staying at the second sensor. I have the same ATK and had trouble with the pmup not working after just two weeks. Call the customer support line. They are very helpful and will talk you through trouble shooting to identify the problem. They helped me out and replaced the pmup for free.

Verify each of the sensors are fully seated in the sockets. The most common problem is that it’s not plugged in all the way. Give it one last push to see if it clicks into place.

Went through the troubleshooting with Neptune and they are sending me a new sensor. Great customer service.
