Neptune ddr - failing level sensor

I have a neptune ddr dos dual reservoir. One of the optical sensors is failing. It's stuck in the closed position.

Any ideas on replacing? Neptune doesn't sell replacement sensors. I do have a working os-1 optical sensor yhat ive consideredtrying to swap/splice, unsure of compatibility or wiring.
