Im genuinely confused. I just setup the neptune dos, and by setup, i mean i ran the lines to my tank. And they are all set where i want them. Now in the setup process it says i need to switch the lines im so confused

I found that when I set up the “remove” pump according to their instructions then went to calibrate it that it ran forward instead of in reverse making it much harder to calibrate when the DOS is in another room from the aquarium. I set up both pumps to run forward instead of one forward and one reverse. It works fine this way.

You can do a search on suncrestreef and get a couple of good articles on Neptunes DOS AWC. A few complain about the way Neptune programmed the DOS head and their rotation. It works fine the way it is just makes calibration a bit more time consuming.

Suncrestreef's thread below explains it and offers an alternative which makes it super easy. Calibration isn't something that is done frequently but I do them every 6 months because it makes me feel better.
