Neptune DOS not actually dosing

As the title says, my Neptune DOS isn’t actually dosing anything. The apex is showing that it does every morning, but my alk/cal/mag has been getting depleted, when it shouldn’t. So I tested my theory to watch the DOS at work, and nothing was coming out of the tubing. The dosing wheel/head wasn’t even moving.

Anyone know any quick fixes so I don’t have to deal with customer service?

Is it the new QD DOS? Or the old version?

Can you manually operate the pumps by pressing the button to see if the rotor spins?

A couple theories as to what's going on. The pump isn't allowing the fluid to stay in the tube. Or for some reason the pumps aren't operating.

What color is the NS badge? It should be orange.

It’s the QD.

Yes, the manual button moves the dosing head, and rotors spin.

The NS badge is a solid orange.

On a side note, I was super excited about my Apex when I initially purchased it. This thing has been nothing but a pain in my rear! It makes me feel really stupid lol.

I get the frustration. Ive been frustrated with the mxm, the trident np as well as the dos qd (last 3 new products from them) To be honest, the qd version is a bit iffy with the updates. It's hard to determine if the new firmware is uploaded properly, not to mention that it takes hours to days for it to finalize.

I want to say they most current firmware for dos qd is 11.

Can you verify that?

Short of removing it and resetting it back up, I don't have an easy fix for you. Sorry

I'll have to watch a tutorial on how to find the information lol.

EDIT: Alright, found what software version. It's up to date, at 11.
