Neptune dos not removing water

I just finished calibrating, my neptune dos, it did draw water just fine during the calibration process, then i connected the lines to my tank, it dumps water to the tank just fine, however its not drawing water. What am i doing wrong followed the instructions.

Just a thought based on me reading your post from yesterday about running both of your pumps in the same direction. I know my DOS is set up per Neptunes instructions and the right pump runs in reverse. Could it possibly be trying to draw up fluid from what you think is the outlet since you didn’t reverse the direction of the pump?

I would just go back and set it up correctly per the task manager in fusion, and see if that works.
