Neptune EB8 Issues knocking my Apex offline Anyone ever had this problem ?

When I connect my newer style EB8 to my Apex Jr my apex disconnects, meaning it goes offline. When I unplug the EB8 my apex comes back online and I can’t see my dashboard.

I know it’s almost for sure a problem with the EB8. My question is, has this happen to anyone and was there a fix for the issue besides total replacement? I know it’s a stretch but I’d thought I’d throw it out there before I give up on it. I am going to ask Neptune as well.

Also I plugged into an older style EB8 and everything works as it should.

If it is an EB832, it is not compatible with the Apex Jr.

Just an FYI, there is a newer Apex JR based on the A3 that is compatible with the EB832.

To clarify are you using the older Apex Jr that has four outlets built in or the newer Apex Jr with no outlets? Also are you using the older metal EB8 or the plastic EB832 outlets ?

I’m using Newer Apex Jr with a newer EB832. They did work together for a short period of time.
