I’ll personally never buy a Neptune product again. Had two Wav pumps go bad a few months from each other. Then I had my eb832 go bad right after that. They are 2-3 year max throw away products with bad customer service. I tried contacting them to get things fix, was even willing to pay and they said they would get back to me after the initial COVID-19 lockdown. They told me they would reach out when they could do repairs again. They never did and I sent atleast 3 emails inquiring after I knew they were doing repairs again. They even had the balls to send me two feedback requests and never answered those either. I have kessil gear that’s 5 years old, ecotech gear that’s 4-7 years old and sicce gear that’s 6 years old with no problems. I always maintenance my gear as well. Neptune products are just hype and are not made to last. Buy some radions, Kessils or anything else with a reliable name skip this Neptune junk.
