Neptune flow sensors

So I bought used flow sensors and it only came with half the unions. Read some posts saying that the threads are British (bspp)... Can I replace the entire union or is that bspp as well?

Does yours look like the one in the picture?
My guess is if you have a bspp you would either need some sort of adapter or would have to buy parts to fit yours.
