I just installed my Neptune PMK using the instructions from the website. However, the PAR reading still reads zero after 90 minutes. Any ideas what I did wrong?

Is it still reading 0? It should start reading in a few seconds if everything is installed properly.

Needed firmware update?

I too am having this problem with my newly acquired pmk. I have disconnected re connected the plug and the sensor box. Different ports. I did get a small reading by changing the sensor to volts. I have updated all firmware.

I even took my xr15 pros to max intensity and held the probe directly under but to no avail

Thanks for taking the time to consider this.

Any thoughts? I have had this same problem.
Did you make sure the connector is fully seated and twisted in?

Is your module set to measure PAR?

Is your firmware updated for your base unit and module?

If your answer is yes to all three questions, you're gonna want to talk to Neptune Support.
