Hey everyone, I received a TEST B FAIL message on my trident. This has happened before and after several instructed cleaning, Neptune sent me a new unit. It was working fine for several months. Last week I received the test fail message. I took the unit apart as per the Neptune video and thoroughly cleaned the lines, pump, manifold and shot RO water through every connection and put it all back together. After plugging in the unit, it went to the initializing process then gave a message of NO WATER SAMPLE??? Repeated above and same results. Now the logo indictor light as well as the red light in the cuvette does not illuminate. Water does fill in the cuvette and will drain through the waste line. I'm at my wits end.....any suggestions

I’m experiencing the exact same symptoms with my trident. Were you able to resolve this - any advice?
