I am experiencing my Trident saying the Reagents are empty when there is still 2 weeks worth of test in the bottles. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You have to remember that the Trident really has no clue what you have left, its Fusion that has a good guess as to how much is left. Head pressure and such effects the amount used. My Alk never is equal to my Cal and Mag, so at 20 tests left of Alk I just change it.

Sure, but when it assumes it's empty and won't run a test even though there is plenty of reagent left. I'm frustrated

That happened to my with the alk reagent, so when the Neptune customers service reached me after I put a ticket for that. They recommend to run a manual test for all to use almost all liquid

Sorry I am jumping into this late. However I have been through about 5 packages of reagent now and all of them have had the same result at the end. A good amount left in CAL and MAG and a few days of ALK left. Can you do manual tests even if fusion displays “REAGENT EMPTY”? I thought once fusion displays that the trident will not do anything until the reagent is replaced.
