Neptune Trident serial number

I'm having an issue with my Neptune Trident and tech support needs my serial number of the trident, which is supposed to be on a label on the bottom. I have no such label (and bought my trident used from the the forums here). Is there some place in fusion to get the serial #? I've looked but don't see it.

Unscrew the bottom feet and take cover off. It will be in the bottom in THE INSIDE of unit

It would be nice if it would appear on the Trident configuration screen somewhere or under Information.
