Nero 5 and Hydra 32HD in one tank

Hey guys,

I’m trying to do basic setup of a Hydra 32HD and Nero 5 in the MyAI app and I’m finding that the app will not allow me to have both in “one tank”. I have to set them up in separate tanks. Any help?

Here are picks of setting them up and you can see if I select one the other fades back and will not allow me to add both. I’ve tried the light first and then add the pump and tried the other way as well. Only if they arelisted in different tanks will they add.

might be because I was adding 2 nero 5's and no lights but it just let me check off both of them to add to the tank at once.

Yeah, I can't find anyone having this issue. I've setup and resetup several times tonight and can not get it to be in 1 tank.

Welp, I found a post finally talking about the exact same problem. So it seems it really is a thing. I'm also waiting to find out more from AI.

That seems like such a basic function that should have been included to start with. I guess I should not even consider AI lights until they fix that.

Its really not that much trouble, but it does seem silly that they have it as they do. I figure everything is in mid-state until they get everything into Mobius which I asked AI about and they did confirm that is the goal.
