Nero 5 issue

I recently noticed one of my Nero 5’s nor starting up. It gives a lil pulse then light starts flashing red. It’s been cleaned using citrus cleaner so it’s very clean. Any thoughts? TIA

This use to happen to me when i had Nero3 before. I use to just give them a good clean and spin the prop when i put it back on. make sure nothing is binding it. it always seem like something would get in there and put drag and cause the issue. After i did that it usually went back to working.
