I found it all by my self.
How to delete flow programs.
Just go to selected click on the one to delete and drag left.
I searched high and low for how to do this. Couldn't find it anywhere.
I'm feel relieved

There is also a picture of a rubbish bin bottom right that you can use.
 
That only looks to delete current working profile. Atleast for me
My mistake, I haven’t saved a preset as I have been just saving a 24h schedule. The Nero seems to be missing the edit option top right that the prime and hydras have.
