recieved new corals today from a recent live sale. Torch concerning me blastos concerning me. Ricordia bailed off rock.

Temp acclimated for 40 min via bag float. Then airline tube to bucket for 30 minutes. Then dipped in coral rx for 5 min at 2 capfuls per 8 cups of water.

Torch has white stringy stuff coming off. Blastos at so receded they are sinking into the skeleton. In the past when my blastos are upset the fold curl into a ball. I guess at this point there is nothing I can do. But wait and see how things pan out.

Ricordia may not have been completely attached. IME they do better in a lower light placement.

Did you use display water for the dip?

Most blasto's I've received have always been very receded. Took up to a week or more before they show signs of improving.

Everything looked much better last night. Looking forward to getting home from work today to see how they are doing.
