kelvin is the color temperature rating. I don't know where you got that info, because people have run their tanks for years under 10K "daylight" without any issues.
It has nothing to do with the light power.

Very true I'd consider something like an orphek or reefbrite if you don't want to break the bank but get good quality

BRS often has open box deals on reefbrites

If you don't have a big one, a cheap blackbox LED would work. You could also look at a noopsyche k7 pro, (I personally use these and love them), or even a more expensive option

You really are not going to find a ok light for under $50.

Unfortunately, reefing is expensive. You can do it for cheap, but anemones are light hungry.

Lighting is everything to an anemone. Should've invested in a good light and did some research into keeping anemones before getting one.

I agree on stronger lighting. How big is the tank ?

Follow other people's advice, spend a little more and get decent lights. There is more to lights than K & Watts. Read about PAR and make an effort to understand what you are doing and what your tank inhabitants need to thrive. If you invest in educating yourself and will be able to successfully keep your tank alive, eventually you will spend the money on good lights that are fundamental to a successful tank. I always preferred to buy what is needed once as buying unsuitable equipment multiple times adds to the cost quickly. Good luck

What does par value mean?

It is a measure of the light output simply speaking. Wattage isn't really an accurate measure with led. If you look up your light on the net there should be some info in par values
