What started out as one anemone has turned into 10-15 throughout the tank. They mostly used to bubble but they moved up to direct flow and have stayed there for months.

anyway. A new split is looking really bad. Should I try to remove it or just let it go? I have nem guards on the power heads but otherwise is there anything dangerous to the tank? It’s 200gallons.
Thanks all

How long has it been looking like that? I’ve had a split or two look like that for a few days then bounce back. I’d leave it in the tank if it was me. I’ll bump this post so others can share more opinions on this as well :).

Only been a day or two. Max. Just really noticed it today. I’ll leave it be. Thank you.

Not a problem :)! It should be fine with time given. I’d keep an eye on it this week just to make sure it doesn’t get worse though

Yep leave it be even if it detaches. Had a power head eat up one once, had more babies then I knew what to do with

Yeah I would wait another few days to see what it looks like then. Good luck with it!
