Unboxed and installed my new APEX yesterday. Calibration seed to go correctly. But ever since I put the pH probe in the tank, it's stuck reading 7.05. I tested with an API test, and it's reading 8ish. Thoughts?

Do you have it in an area with a lot of bubbles? This seems to effect my ph probe

I did order more calibration fluid so I can re-run with temp acclimated solution. My bigger concern is that the number hasn't moved at all. It's been at EXACTLY 7.05 for 24 hours with no fluctuation. That can't be right...

I have an older apex so not knowledgeable on the new one, do you have it plugged into the correct port? Kinda strange it hasnt moved at all. I would suspect a bad ph probe

@SuncrestReef is the person you need to talk to. I had the same issue and did a manual calibration the way he recommended and haven't looked back as it has worked for almost 2 years now. I will try and look for the instructions, but its been a while.

Sounds like maybe you got a lemon, if it won't calibrate, I'd contact Neptune about repair/replacement soon (if you wait too long, Neptune will claim you damaged it and charge you $50 to fix it).

I went into the sensor properties, then clicked automatic calibration. Did the steps... then once it is done click the download button. I wasn’t clicking the download button originally and the ph never seemed right... but after I started doing that it seems to work.
