Got this beauty today, is there a special name for it?

You may want to raise the issue with who ever you bought it from.

Lol ok. I’ll put up a picture when it’s done acclimating. It looked like these in the tank before except without the green tint.

That definitly looks more like a BTA now. I've never seen a variation that pale, might be slightly bleached.

I will say however I am definitly no expert and just offering my thoughts.

I think it’s slightly bleached also and I probably should have waited for pictures but I was a little excited and it’s the most I’ve spent on any inhabitant lol

Looks like a bta. It will be interesting to see what color it becomes.
