New bubble tip anemone spewing sack

Just got my first bubble tip and in all my research before hand didn't come across anything like this. There is seems to be a sack coming off of the nem. After watching for a little while some of it did seem to shake loose and start floating around the tank and the rest began to look like sweepers. Any idea what this is and if it is problematic. TIA I should note that this picture was taken right after feeding. Dropped some pellets in the tank and reef roids target feeding all around including the nem.

Looks to be expelling waste.

Maybe, is it coming from the mouth area?
They also can reproduce by "budding", which would be a nub coming off body, but they do expel waste from mouth
