New bubble won’t open

I just got this bubble in my tank yesterday and was wondering if it’s normal for it to look like this and about how long will oh take to open up. It’s on the bottom 1/3 of my tank with a little flow that the bubbles move but only slightly

Did you acclimate it?

I only have 2 of these corals and have only had them for about a month or so but both times they didn’t start fully extending until about a week after I got them. I’d wait for others with more experience to chime in to be safe though, again I’m pretty new to this genus.

Yes I did acclimate it and when I first got it in the whole skeleton was showing and no bubbles were popping out

Could use a little more info - What are your tanks params, size, how old and what lights are you using?

Placed it lower in my tank seems it didn’t like the flow now it’s starting to open up more

Bubble corals like low flow. The lower the flow the bigger the bubbles IMO
