I am planning a new tank at my house. I have two at my office and want to scrap the small one and do a new one at home. So...we are remodeling our office downstairs. There is a closet in the room now that is 78 inches wide inside. Pics attached below. My thoughts are to remove the doors and the partial walls at the opening of the closet and just make it an indented space in the wall. My question is how big of a tank can I fit in there? The Red Sea Reefer Max 700 G2+ is 60 inches wide. That would leave about 9 inches on either side if the tank is centered. Key things below...

1. I will want an apex system with Trident.
2. The entire back wall will be accessible via the room next to the office. So basically we will change the back wall of the closet to some kind of door that I can open from the room across the hall and fully access the back.
3. Rough sketches of before and after are below. Thoughts?

Depends on what you want you could get a custom tank and stand that fits those dimensions exactly. Unless you want a prefab tank, go the custom route. And it can be whatever you want.
Is the sump goin to be underneath or elsewhere?
