Hey everyone, I am just posting to say hey and that I am pumped to be apart of such an awesome community! I recently just started my first saltwater aquarium!!! Wooo!! My tank has been up and running since November 5, 2013 and just finished cycling at the beginning of December. I currently have 1 Juvenile Percula Clown, 1 Firefish Goby, and 1 Orange Striped Prawn Goby (Randall's Shrimp Goby). I also have a variety of turbo snails, trochus snails, a nassarius snail, a few scarlet hermits and a freaking awesome electric blue knuckle hermit (hence the profile pic). I have a 40 gallon breeder tank with about 25 lbs. of dried live rock.
I kind of got into the hobby for the whole chemistry aspect of fish keeping but at the same time the fish are awesome and keep me smiling. Being a college student I am pressed on money and making due with what I can, but hey I can still rock an awesome tank!
Pics are to come and I am excited to get more into this hobby and put new fish in after the holidays!!
