New Construction questions.

Fish room 14'x14' with 6'x6' joining equipment room for all item needed. Sink, fridge, QT tanks on rack, shelving for misc. 75 gal mixing station in garage and plumbed to equipment room.
250 gal tank going on wall with no windows.
what needs to be plumbed in the wall? I have 1-1/4" line for ATO, 2- 1/4" lines for AWC (Apex DOS) plenty 2- double gang plug boxes each on dedicated circuit.
no is the time I need to install prior to insulation and Sheetrock going up next week. Any and all help appreciated. TIA

I have an airline running from skimmer into the interior wall and across the room eventually getting to an exterior wall where it pulls in fresh air. Depending on your scenario this may bot be needed or not the option you want to take but something to think about. For me my PH runs quite low without that outside air line and fine with it.
