Picked this bad boy up from the wwc sale and it came in like this yesterday.
There seems to be some tearing along the base. This morning it looked like this.
My question is, can this be saved?

Parameters all good. Seems to have been damaged during shipment. There is almost no flow where it's at. Any help would be appreciated.
