Is my understanding this coral is LPS. Can anyone help identify this?

Definitely looks like a Merulina Coral to me (Merulina Ampliata). They are an LPS that prefers high light, and medium water flow . Just be careful about placing other corals near it, Merulinas are know for having long sweeper tentacles. If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me.

Thank you very much - I can tell you know your stuff about corals!

How hard are these too grow? I have one and it's doing well. My water isn't the greatest. I have luck with some corals and not with others. Thanks.
