New critter. Worm or anemone?

Found one of these a couple days ago. Its white with one red band in the same spot on each tentacle. Tentacles are not staight, they kinda zig zag back and forth and at every crook is a tuft of hairs. Tenticles curl up pretty quick but not like a tube worm. It has seven arms and a mouth in the center.

Looks like Flabelligeridae or a Cucumber. A blown up image would really help to nail down ID.

Its pretty small but i found a bigger one after i turned the rock around. Seeing a lot of similarities with the cucumbers.
