Just got a 16 gallon Fluval Spec or something along those lines (it had one of the peninsula long sides covered with a black vinyl but the dimensions don't match a spec) from my boss (I work at an LFS) for a good price. Looking for a light that I can run on the tank but don't wanna blow the budget out of the window... like maybe $150 at max. The tank is a peninsula with dimensions of 21.8inL x 11.5inW x 12.5inH. What light should I get?

Look into the Noopsyche K7 v3 would be good for your price range. If you can stretch your budget I would get an AI prime 16hd.

what website would you say I can reliably buy it off of without it being a scam? Also does it come with a mounting arm or do I need to purchase that separately?

what website would you say I can reliably buy it off of without it being a scam and that would preferably ship it fast? Also does it come with a mounting arm or do I need to purchase that separately?

TRSC Aquatics. V4 just dropped but i think it's overkill for your tank. Comes with the mount. They are great budget lights. For your tank, I would probably only run 30% intensity.

The v3s are out of stock and more expensive than the v4.

Yes, the V3's are discontinued.

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
