Hi all, I have been out the hobby for Manny years, im working from home now, so plenary of time to spare have some fun.

I do intend to setup something real nice next year, but in the mean time I thought I would just Set up a frag tank to get things on the go...

I have just bought a The 60L Polyp Pros Frag as you can see below its a all in one so makes it ideal for me to get me teeth into.

Comes with:
A reactor with changeable insert depending on desired media
A skimmer rated up to 200 litre
Radion XR15 Gen 5 BLUE
Vectra S2

It will mainly be SPS so will run the ab+ program on about 40 % ish

Now as I have been out the game for a bit things have changed a lot so im after some advice...

1/ what bio media would you recommend and how much
2/ what would you run in the reactor
3/ would you run carbon and or GFO is so when and for how long
4/ add live stock? or dose
5/ what live stock would you recomned

Any other advice will go down well so if you want to see how this project goes join in :)

Hi all, ...
1/ I would go with sachem matrix or brightwell bio cubes (any of the small biomedia works well, the blocks and bricks can melt in the middle if they don't get enough flow or clog)

2/ the bio media

3/ A small amount of carbon for clarity and to catch any off chemicals but its better to deal with phosphates biologically (GFO only for a short amount of time if your having extremely high PO4)

4/ Some small livestock and dose NO3/PO4 to supplement if necessary

5/ maybe some snails, blennies, saltwater mollies, gobies anything reef safe and small (save your space for coral lol)

That tank is going to be awesome. I wish someone in the US made something like that, so jealous!

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
