New head forming ??

Just curious if this looks like a new head forming or no? Duncan has been in tank for a few weeks and came from a large colony. Just saw this start to form a few days ago.

Its possible. They're pretty fast growers if the conditions are right.

Ca 450 dkh 8.7 ph 8.1 nitrates 5 ppm. Ammonia. .25 ppm. I think that is wrong due to an api test kit being used for ammonia. And nitrates. Right now thats all im testing for.

That is how mine start to make a new head. Give it a little time and a tiny flower shape will appear and there is your new head

Definitely a new head. Its getting bigger and looks to be sprouting a tentacle.
